Returns
Due to the personal-use nature of Clap Balm products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
We stand behind our products.
If your Clap Balm arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the product and packaging so we can determine what went wrong.
If we confirm that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Scent Preference
Scent is personal, and individual preferences vary. A dislike of a particular scent is not considered a product defect.
If you’re unsure which scent is right for you, we encourage you to review the product description before ordering.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Please allow several business days after your refund has been processed for it to appear on your statement. Processing times vary by financial institution.
Final Sale Items
Promotional items, samples, and other products specifically identified as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
